Roni Dersovitz, Esq.
Founder & CEO

Roni Dersovitz offers his clients unique insight into their financial needs, having practiced as a personal injury attorney for 16 years. His successful firm grew to include five attorneys and a support staff of 10, as a result of the cash flow strategies he developed. He founded RD Legal Funding in 1997 to provide plaintiff's attorneys with the financial tools and strategies they need to outperform their competitors and boost their bottom line. Mr. Dersovitz values the strong personal relationships he has established with his clients, who rely on him for ongoing guidance on financing and growth strategies.

Joseph Genovesi
Senior Vice President, Deal Origination

Joe Genovesi has 10 years of experience in the hedge fund industry. Joseph was the SVP at a hedge fund consultant and was responsible for manager due diligence in all of clients' portfolios and securing new business. He was VP at a global asset manager with over $3 Billion in hedge fund investments and responsible for manager due diligence and sourcing new managers for portfolios. Joseph has an MBA in Finance from Rutgers University and a BS in Finance from Villanova University.

Leo Zatta
Chief Financial Officer

Leo Zatta joined the company with 30 years of experience in the public accounting industry where he was a partner of a large regional public accounting firm and served on the firm's executive committee. Mr. Zatta's specialities included valuation and financial forensics in addition to providing accounting, tax and consulting services to privately held companies. Mr. Zatta earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, a Master of Business Administration in Finance, cum laude, and a Master of Science in Taxation, cum laude from Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the States of NJ, NY, PA and FL and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. In addition, he is a Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Valuation Analyst, Accredited in Business Valuation and is Certified in Financial Forensics.
