This is an interesting development concerning Harbour Litigation Funding. A court decided the general funding agreement Harbour Litigation has with the plaintiffs must be disclosed. The Feltex lawsuit involves shareholders suing the executives of the company who they say made decisions which collapsed the company. According to some news reports, the company lost almost $254 million in value and owed creditors about $40 million, which led to its collapse in 2006.
