Many companies and employees have gotten into legal trouble lately due to social media. Whether it is companies not having a formal policy, or employees posting inappropriate things, there are murky waters to wade through. Here’s a fun graphic that shows what trends are emerging, what companies are doing about it, and how to protect yourself in you happen to be a manager or company owner.
Let us know what you think! Does your company allow you to be on social media during working hours? Let us know here in the comments, or on Facebook and Twitter! If we get a response before 5pm, of course, we’ll already know the answer!
Last week we told you about an upcoming radio show that was featuring a 9/11 First Responder, as well as a member of the FealGood Foundation, an organization we have sponsored events for. The show took place on September 8th, but you can listen to the whole thing in its entirety right here! It’s 2 hours long, but the whole show is remembering 9/11, and is well worth a listen. Turn it on while you’re at work, or listen to it tonight with your family or friends. Just hit the “Play” button below!
Tell us what you think in the comments below, or over on our Facebook and Twitter pages!
UPDATE: The radio show will be airing tonight (Sept. 8th) at 8:00pm EST. Other guests include James Ryder of the FealGood Foundation as well as world famous chef and TV star Gordon Ramsay. Click here to listen online and get a few more details about the show!
Here at RD Legal Funding, we want to do everything we can to help out those affected by the terrible events of 9/11. We have yet to confirm the exact date and time, but once we know, so will you!
We wanted to take a quick opportunity to remind you about an event that RD Legal is sponsoring on September 8th. It will be an evening of remembrance, laughter and looking forward in order to honor the heroes of 9/11.
